Threadhopping: Unless it's locked, I'm chill with this.
Fourthwalling: If you want to, most of the 'fictional' monsters are real in his world so he'd just think it was a human doing research or something.
Offensive subjects: Though not offensive, I'd really rather not thread anything discussing cancer.

Hugging this character: Go for it, it'd be like cuddling a hot water bottle.
Kissing this character: Sure
Flirting with this character: Chances are if your character is female, Heath would have flirted with her FIRST. This is always fine.
Fighting with this character: Sure, he's kind of a jackass, he's sure to rile someone up.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Sure, though anything past minor injuries please ask me first.
Killing this character: I'm not opposed to it, but always run it by me first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Nope, that's fine, and he's canonically shown to be viable for mind reading so go for it.
Revealing that character's future or intended fate in the series: It's a cutesy show for girls, pretty sure nothing horrible will be in th future, so go for it.

Warnings/disclaimers: He's a fire elemental (see below) and as his abilities are linked to his emotions when he gets over excited, frightened or any sort of emotion past relaxed, his hair turns into flame. If he's standing too close to someone when he does this he can potentially set them alight too. He's still learning how to control his powers so approach with caution.

Supernatural sensing of species/soul-reading/etc: as well as magical abilities: Heath is a fire elemental, a nature spirit; fire given form. He can create fire whenever he so needs to, particularly from his hair. Anyone able to sense these sorts of things can do so with him. He's certainly not human and has never been so.

Soul reading is fine, too!

Could this character theoretically tame a unicorn?: He can talk the talk, but he's still a fifteen year old kid and most certainly has not walked the walk.

Super special Heath bonus: Heath is a HORRIBLE flirt and if you have a female character chances are he will flirt with her, in a cheesy, annoying way. If he especially likes her, he might continue to flirt with her even if she's told him to leave. He'd never cross any sort of line, because he's not actually that bad of a guy. That said, if you'd rather him not hit on your female character, just let me know here and I'll be sure he doesn't.
